I’m going to start out by saying, right house, wrong location. This 3 bed, 3 and a half bath new construction home in Silver Lake is pretty darn cool. Normally I would be a huge fan, and I still kinda am a fan but I have mixed feelings. First, I love the way the home looks. Some people will say it has a cold feeling inside, which it does, but this can easily be changed with some warmer furniture. I’d like for the home to have some kind of indoor/outdoor living space but I’m not sure this is do-able either. For $1,295,000, I feel this house belongs buried in a forest of trees in the Hollywood Hills not on a major public street with people walking past constantly everyday.
Who is going to buy this? Good question. Maybe a family of exhibitionists?
